Please note: At this time, Prisma Technologies does not offer repair or support services for DJI consumer drones that were not purchased through us. This includes the DJI Mini Series, DJI Air Series, DJI Mavic 3 Classic/Pro, and DJI Mavic 4 Pro.

Repair FAQs

  • Repair costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage to your drone. Prisma will send through a quote for the repair of your drone once the assessment is complete prior to carrying out any repairs. If you select to not proceed with the repair there may be a $60 assessment fee charged, in addition to any return shipping costs.

  • Repair times can vary depending on the fault and damage.

    The assessment of your drone to determine a fault may take up to 3 days once we receive your drone. If your repair is urgent, please make note for this in the above form and we will always try to prioritise your repair.

    Generally, a full drone repair can take between 2-3 weeks from when we receive the drone.

  • Warranties start from the date you purchase the drone. More details on DJI warranties and after-sales service policies can be seen here: https://www.dji.com/au/service/policy?site=brandsite&from=footer

  • Prisma may still be able to help you with your DJI warranty. Please send through the details of your warranty and a Prisma representative will reach out to discuss your warranty further.

  • Unfortunately, Prisma are unable to assist with the repair water damaged drones.
