Repair FAQs

Repair costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage to your drone. Prisma will send through a quote for the repair of your drone once the assessment is complete prior to carrying out any repairs. If you select to not proceed with the repair there may be a $60 assessment fee charged, in addition to any return shipping costs.

Repair times can vary depending on the fault and damage.
The assessment of your drone to determine a fault may take up to 3 days once we receive your drone. If your repair is urgent, please make note for this in the above form and we will always try to prioritise your repair.
Generally, a full drone repair can take between 2-3 weeks from when we receive the drone.

Prisma may still be able to help you with your DJI warranty. Please send through the details of your warranty and a Prisma representative will reach out to discuss your warranty further.
