Welcome to Prisma Technologies (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a leading reseller of advanced drone solutions and related accessories. By accessing our website or purchasing products or services from us, the customer (referred to as “you”), agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Products and Services
1.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe the products and services we offer, including features, specifications, and compatibility. However, minor variations may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, without notice.
1.2 Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item you ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer an alternative product or a full refund.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Prices: All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards (credit card payment or debit card payment are not accepted for first time orders and/or unverified customers), bank transfers, purchase orders for approved clients and other authorised payment methods.
3. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
3.1 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation email. The customer is required to review the order carefully as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct.
3.2 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, payment issues, or inaccurate pricing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy: We are committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days of purchase for items that are not on backorder, excluding weekends and public holidays. Upon order creation, shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary by location, but we aim to meet or exceed the provided estimates wherever possible.
Customers will receive tracking information upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather events or carrier delays, although we will make every effort to keep you informed of any such delays. We will keep you informed of any known delays; however, we cannot provide refunds for goods or shipping fees for any orders delayed in transit. Customers are encouraged to obtain transit cover to safeguard their product during domestic shipping.
4.2 Title and Risk: Title and risk for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere. Returns are only permitted on unused products within 5 days of delivery if there is a defect or issue with the product. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, items must be returned in their original condition, inactivated, with all the original packaging, unopened, and accessories included, and are subject to our inspection and approval before processing a refund. If a product has been activated by Prisma Technologies prior to dispatch as part of our value-add service, then we cannot accept a return on the product.
5.2 Refund Policy: We will initiate the refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund processing time is subject to banking institutes’ processing times. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You may be required to provide a government issued identification to qualify for a refund or replacement.
5.3 Exceptions: We will not accept a refund or return request if you knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it. We will not process a refund or return request if you asked for a service to be done in a certain manner, or you asked for alterations to a product, against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted.
5.4 Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.
5.5 Response Time: We aim to process any requests for refunds within 7 business days of receipt.
6. Warranty and Repairs
6.1 Product Warranty: Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with warranty claims when applicable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, or improper handling. Please refer to DJI’s warranty policy here. Shipping for product warranty cases is subject to an approval. Shipping for DJI Agras products and DJI Dock Series products is not covered under warranty.
6.2 After-Sales Support: Our team provides comprehensive after-sales support and manufacturer-authorised repair services. Please contact us for guidance on maintenance and repair requests. The after-sales support on the products is offered within the warranty period of the goods that were purchased from Prisma Technologies. After-sales support for out-of-warranty products or products that were not originally purchased from us may be charged at an additional fee. Prisma Technologies reserves the right to deny after-sales support for uncooperative, abusive, or unresponsive customers.
6.3 International Repairs: If a product requires shipment to an international manufacturer for repair, you are responsible for all associated shipping fees and transit insurance costs. Prisma Technologies will facilitate the repair process but assumes no liability for shipping fees or any loss or damage that may occur in transit. Customers are encouraged to obtain transit cover to safeguard their product during international shipping.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including CASA regulations.
7.2 Training and Licensing: Some drone models may require specific licensing or training to operate legally. We offer product training. We also offer licensing solutions through 3rd-party training organisations as part of our comprehensive customer service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Training.
Prisma Technologies engages a third-party training partner to deliver training and licensing services in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations. Please note that this training provider operates under its own terms and conditions, which apply separately to any training services provided. If you are unable to attend the training with our training partner, transfer or cancellation fees may apply as outlined below.
Course transfers - Students can transfer their course booking to another date free of charge up to 5 calendar days before the original course date. A $99 change fee applies if you transfer your course within 5 days of the original course date.
Course cancellations - A $495 cancellation fee applies if a registered student cancels course registration within 5 calendar days of the course commencement date.
Course no-show - If a registered student does not attend their scheduled course (no-show), the full course fee will be charged. As the seat cannot be offered to another student, the full fee is owed.

10. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, and logos, on our website is the property of Prisma Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of our content is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
