DJI Agras T100 Dual Battery Spraying System

The DJI Agras T100 Dual Battery Spraying System is a 100 L spraying payload that carries two DB2160 Intelligent Flight Batteries instead of one. The aircraft stays up longer on each sortie, which cuts the number of landings across a working day.
The gain only shows up when the battery runs out before the tank does. Long transits between the pad and the block, low application rates, and wide paddocks are where a single battery lands the aircraft with chemical still on board. If your tank empties first, the standard spraying system is the better buy and we will tell you so.
DJI rates the dual battery system at a 90 kg operating payload against 100 kg for the standard system, because the second battery takes up some of the aircraft's available weight. Plan tank loads on the 90 kg figure.
The standard configuration runs a dual spray bar with two nozzles at up to 30 L/min. Adding the optional DJI Agras T100 Mist Nozzle Package takes it to four nozzles and up to 40 L/min, with finer atomisation for pushing spray through dense orchard canopy. Droplet size is adjustable from 50 to 500 μm across both configurations.
In Australia the T100 must be operated at a maximum take-off weight of 149.9 kg, below its 175 kg performance specification. The second battery weighs 14.7 kg and counts towards that limit, so work out your tank load against the Australian cap rather than DJI's global figures. Talk to Prisma if you want help sizing it against your paddocks.
