Accidents happen, even to experienced crews. DJI Care Enterprise Basic is DJI's official protection plan for Enterprise products, covering accidental damage that occurs during normal use and operation, including collision, water damage and misoperation.
Within the 12-month coverage period, DJI Care Enterprise Basic provides two replacements. Each replacement is supplied for a set replacement fee, so if the worst happens you can swap a damaged unit for a working one quickly, at a cost you can plan for. There is no deductible.
